1 Dec (Sat) – Crestview Christmas Parade (W4GMH email report)
The presentation of the 2012 MAIN STREET CRESTVIEW CHRISTMAS PARADE was one of the smoothest run, best organized ever.
Those are the comments I have gotten from many people who were there, and many of the Main Street Crestview Association members who were there as volunteer workers.
There were only a few of the entries that were out of order (and I understand that was because they were determined to be together with some of their friends units... but probably 88 of the 91 numbered units were TOTALLY IN SEQUENCE...WOW... That has NEVER happened in the last 11 years I have broadcast the parade.
THANK YOU TO
N4GXX, Steve, KK4MCV-Eric (Steve's son-who will soon be here at Eglin and hopefully attending our meetings) KE4BFX-Richard, N4CU-Bob, KJ4FNA-Mike, AJ4XK-Jim, WB4EWS-Dave, N4YFV-Mike, KK4WRQ-Jim, and our Bike Mobile operator W5RE-Bob.... sure helped me track down some people during the set up time.
