This meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Club President Bob, N4CU followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and the invocation.
The meeting was conducted by Club President Bob, N4CU. There were 15 members present.
July's minutes were posted on the W4AAZ.ORG website. A motion was made to accept the minutes by Richard, KE4BFX. The motion was seconded by Mike, KJ4FNA and carried unanimously by a show of hands to accept the motion with no opposing votes.
The Treasurer report was presented by Dave, WB4EWS. There is approximately $2,197.43 in the account.
The repeater report was presented by Steve, N4GXX. The repeater is working.
Richard, KE4BFX reported the station is working. In addition, We now have 4 VHF/UHF handhelds. They will all be programmed the same.
N4GXX is doing D-Star training on the 444.95 repeater (positive offset 100Hz Tone). The next one will be on set and forget settings. This will continue on Saturday nights at 7:00 p.m., except in the event of big Hamfests and Holidays.
The website report was presented by Ron, KI5FR who confirmed the website was working since the online minutes were checked.
The SYSOP report was presented by Sharon, KJ4TPQ as her last act as SYSOP. D-Star repeater is working well. Many members took the opportunity to thank her for all her hard work to bring the system online.
The Activities report was presented by Chayne, KI4WBN.

Oct. 27th (Sat) – Fall Festival needs 8-12 hams 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Nov. 3rd (Sat) – Cystic Fibrosis 5K need 8-10 hams (maybe less) 7:00am – 9:00am
Nov. 10th (Sat) – Veteran’s Day Parade 8-10 hams 8:30am – 10:00am
Dec. 1st (Sat) – Crestview Christmas Parade 10 – 14 Hams setup at 3:00pm
On Aug. 11th Okaloosa EOC attached DRats to reflector 46C
