This meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Club Vice President Jerry, N8PXE followed by the Pledge of Allegiance and the invocation.
The meeting was conducted by Club President Bob, N4CU. There were 12 members present.
June minutes were posted on the W4AAZ.ORG website. A motion was made to accept the minutes by Sharron, KJ4TPQ. The motion was seconded by Steve, KJ4RWR and carried unanimously by a show of hands to accept the motion with no opposing votes.
The Treasurer report was presented by Dave, WB4EWS. There is approximately $2,400 in the account.
The repeater report was presented by Steve, N4GXX. The repeater is working fine.
Richard, KE4BFX reported the station is working. In addition, the inventory requested in June is complete..
No Training report this month
The website report was presented by Ron, KI5FR who confirmed the website was working since the online minutes were checked.
The SYSOP report was presented by Sharon, KJ4TPQ as her last act as SYSOP. D-Star repeater is working fine. Many members took the opportunity to thank her for all her hard work to bring the system online.
The ARES report was presented by Jerry, N8PXE. He is working to restart the Monday night ARES net on the W1NN (Eglin Amateur Radio Society) 147.12 + repeater (100hz tone). It will begin either 16 or 23 July at 7:30 PM. He is also is looking to do a Tech night at the EOC
The Activities report was presented by Chayne, KI4WBN.

- Milton hamfest July 20-21 Fri-Sat.
- Okaloosa Digital Operators Group (O-DOG), meeting at the PARC clubhouse (1st and Church St, FWB) 2 Aug

Jerry, N8PXE said he has many copper connectors so if we could come up with ½” copper pipe, a little plexiglas and a coax connector, we could make J-Poles
Crestview Fire Chief would like NOARC to man the Crestview alternate EOC at Station #3. No motions made.
After a round table, a motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Richard, KB4BFX, seconded by Dave, KB4EWS and carried unanimously to accept the motion with no opposing votes.
