Old Business:

Bob-KI4MEU reported we needed to pay our Club insurance for this new year.  A motion was made by Bob-KI4MEU to pay the insurance bill $327.68 from treasury funds.  The motion was seconded and carried unanimously by a show of hands to accept the motion with no opposing votes.

New Business:

Cal-W4GMH reported we now have a computer to add to our radios which will have programs to log our QSO’s during Field Days, QSO Party's, JOTA events, etc. Also we have the Kenwood TS-940SAT radio operational again. Bob-WA6VVA repaired the radio so well that Bob-N4CU was able to make an East Coast contact. Our biggest problem now is we don’t have a cabinet large enough to secure both the radios and computer from illegal usage or theft. Lots of different ideas were voiced on how to secure these items. This will be left open for further research and possible modification to our existing cabinet. Several discussions throughout the room were on soldering classes such as the one PARC Club will be holding provided they have enough people sign up. CW training was also discussed by Bob-W5RE. More information will be passed at the next meeting.  (OPEN)

General Discussion:

Bob-KI4MEU made a motion to close the meeting.  The motion was seconded and unanimously accepted by a show of hands with no opposing votes.  The meeting was closed at 8:18 p.m.
